Handle in coordination with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs relationships with the aeronautical authorities of other countries and international civil aviation bodies.
Coordinate the Guidelines with other entities or agencies that are responsible of complementary aviation and air transport functions. Provide technical training to aeronautical personnel, in accordance with technological developments.
Perform all administrative and business operations for the full implementation of its main goal.
Promote and encourage research in science and aerospace technology.
Make easier the provision of technical assistance to entities of international public law or other requesting countries under bilateral or multilateral agreements of cooperation.
