Một trong những thành phần cần thiết của hầu hết các nhà cửa là móng cọc, vậy thì móng cọc là gì? Có có tác dụng như thế nào và có bao nhiêu loại? Là những thắc bận rộn thường gặp gỡ.

xây dựng để đảm bảo chắc chắn và đúng quy chuẩn, việc xây móng là vô cùng quan trọng. Với mỗi điều kiện địa hình, quy mô,.. Là người ta sẽ lựa chọn loại móng thích hợp, và một trong số đó là móng cọc.

Móng cọc là gì?
Trên thực tế có nhiều loại móng không giống nhau như: móng băng, móng đơn hay móng cọc. Mỗi loại có đặc điểm và công dụng chung và riêng, phù hợp với từng nhu cầu thành lập. Và móng cọc là loại thường được dùng đối với các nhà cửa bé.

Móng có hình trụ dài và dùng các vật liệu như bê tông và cọc cừ tràm được đẩy xuống đất để hoạt động như 1 sự giúp đỡ cho việc giữ bình ổn các cấu trúc được thành lập phía trên nó.

Thành phần của móng sẽ bao gồm 2 phần đó là đài cọc và một hoặc một nhóm cọc. Các phần nền móng được dùng chủ chốt để chuyển tải trọng từ cấu trúc siêu, thông qua các tầng chịu nén yếu hay nước trên nền đất hoặc đá cứng hơn, nhỏ gọn và ít chịu nén, chịu cứng hơn

Móng này thường được sử dụng cho các kết cấu lớn và áp dụng trên nền đất yếu, thường xuyên bị sạt lở hay có độ sụt lún nhiều cần có phần hỗ trợ bất biến, đảm bảo bình yên và chắc chắn.

Phân loại móng

Hiện tại móng được chia thành 2 loại chính sau:

+ Móng đài thấp: là móng có đài cọc Tọa lạc dưới mặt đất, được đặt sao cho lực ngang của móng cân bằng với áp lực của đất theo độ sâu đặt móng tối thiểu nhất. Có kỹ năng chịu hoàn toàn lực nén.

+ Móng đài cao: là móng có đài cọc Đắc địa cao hơn mặt đất, chiều sâu của móng nhỏ hơn chiều cao của cọc. Nó có thể chịu tải trọng uốn nén.

Móng cóc được tạo nên từ những loại vật liệu nào?
Loại móng này được xây dựng bằng những kỹ thuật móng không giống nhau, là sự đoàn kết từ nhiều loại vật liệu sau:

Cọc ma sát
Giúp truyền tải lực thông qua ma sát bề mặt với các loại đất bao phủ. Cọc được định hướng tới 1 độ sâu nhất định nhưng có thể đảm bảo sức chứa được phát triển ở phía trên cọc bằng với tải trọng đến trên cọc.

Cọc gỗ
Đây là loại vật liệu, là cách thức xây dựng cơ bản, đầu tiên và thông dụng nhất. Có thể dùng các loại cọc gỗ như: cừ tràm, bạch đàn,... Cọc không chỉ có chi phí thấp nhưng còn rất thích hợp với nền đất yếu, bùn và độ sạt lở cao. Tuy nhiên, chỉ phù hợp với tòa tháp bé.

Cọc thép
Là loại cọc phù hợp cho cả công trình tạm thời và vĩnh viễn. Cọc tiện lợi được cắm sâu và chắc chắn vào nền đất nhờ diện tích cắt ngang tương đối nhỏ cùng với cường độ cao.

Cọc bê tông
Cấu tạo từ 1 khung thép và lớp bê tông, thường có hình trụ dài từ 4 - 6m. Là loại cọc có giá thành hợp lý và cùng đang được dùng phổ biến hiện giờ.

Cọc khoan
Là cọc được hình thành bằng cách khoan trước khi đưa cọc vào đất nền. Được phát triển bằng cách đúc bê tông trong khoảng trống trực tiếp. Đây cùng được gọi là cọc cố định.

Khi nào nên dùng móng cọc?
Với kinh nghiệm liên quan đến sản phẩm , VRO Group hiểu rõ điều kiện nhưng mà công trình của bạn nên sử dụng loại nào cho hợp lý nhất. do vậy, chúng tôi xin đưa ra 1 số xem xét sau:

Không phải cứ khi xây móng nhà là chọn lồng cồng được. Sau đây là một vài tình huống nên dùng móng cọc nhưng mà bạn có thể tham khảo:

cửa hàng vực đất có mực nước ngầm cao
Có tải trọng nặng, không thống nhất từ cầu trúc thượng tầng áp dụng
Nền đất có kỹ năng thay đổi vì địa điểm gần bờ biển hoặc lòng sông
Không thể đào đất tới 1 độ sâu mong muốn vì điều kiện đất kém
Có hệ thống thoát nước, kênh rạch gần nhà cửa đang xây dựng….
